This sweet granola goes great on greek yogurt.
2 cups rolled oats
1 tablespoon coconut or vegetable oil
1 egg white
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1. Heat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large bowl until well combined.
2. Spread mixture on a large rimmed baking sheet, and bake, stirring once, until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
3. Let cool completely, then add chocolate chips.by
